It’s essential to have your beauty sleep every night.
How does the comfort of our beds distinguish our moods?
Facts and studies show that the root of anger, frustration, sadness and irritability, all those negative moods come from lack of sleep. If you are tossing and turning all night from back pain or simply not having a comfortable mattress it can really affect your sleeping pattern negatively. Long term sleep deficiency can actually create chronic health problems.
On the other hand, having a comfortable bed which allows you to relax to your full capacity can put you in the best moods, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
How many hours of sleep are recommended a night?
This all depends on each individuals age, good health and physical activity level. On average children and teenagers require 9-10 hours of sleep every night. Adults require on average 8 hours sleep every night. Always listen to your body, sometimes it just needs that extra boost during the day and for you to take a nap, that’s perfectly normal even if you are getting your full nights rest.
