1. The opportunity is open to residents of South Africa between the ages of 5 – 15, all entries that do not meet this criteria will be discarded.
2. There are no fees applicable to enter the television casting.
3. A parent or guardian of the minor is required to submit on behalf of the entrant.
   1. By submitting, the parent/guardian of the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page.
   2. Entries that are not submitted by a parent/guardian of the entrant will be discarded.
4. Route to entry and details of how to enter are available on https://edblo.co.za/tvc-casting-registration/ and being advertised via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Ads).
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. Closing date for entry will be 10 March 2023. No entries will be permitted after this date.
7. No responsibility can be accepted by Bravo Brands for entries not received for whatever reason.
   1. Successful submissions will be confirmed with an email.

Rules and how to enter

Candidates will be chosen at the discretion of the appointed director.

1. Casting will take place on a set date and at a set location. Should entrants not be able to make it on the set date and location, their opportunity will be forfeited.
2. Successful entrants will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date for entries.
   1. Bravo Brands may not be held responsible if communication is not received or missed for whatever reason.
   2. Once selected and notified, further consent and action will be required from the parent/guardian on the day of casting.
   3. Travel and time to the casting is for the account of the entrant and Bravo Brands will not be contributing or compensating for this stage in any way.
3. The decision in respect of all matters relating to the casting process will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. By entering for the casting opportunity, the parent/guardian of the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The parent/guardian of the entrant agrees to the use of their video clip in public material, namely social media platforms for which there will be no compensation.
   1. All personal information will be managed under POPIA and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
6. Bravo Brands reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
7. Bravo Brands also reserves the right to cancel this opportunity if circumstance arise outside of its control.
8. Should the entrant be successfully chosen for the final TVC, a minimal renumeration for the use of the material will be paid to the individual once-off. This will be communicated in further detail on the consent form available on the date of casting.

Waiver and Indemnity

By accepting the terms and conditions set out on this page, you confirm that you chose to take part in the opportunity being offered by Bravo Brands to participate in the casting for a Television Commercial for the Edblo brand of your own free will. 

Furthermore, you indemnify Bravo Brands, its members, directors and employees against all claims, losses, demands, actions, damages and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of acts connected with or arising out of the opportunity, whether suffered by yourself or any other third party, and you hold Bravo Brands harmless therefrom.

You assume full responsibility for the decision, and the consequences thereof, to have your child take part in this opportunity.

You hereby release and agree to indemnify Bravo Brands, its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from any and all costs, losses, expenses, damages (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), claims, suits, causes of action or any other liability or responsibility whatsoever, including attorney’s fees and related costs, resulting from the participation in said opportunity.

Minors

Where the Indemnifying Party is a minor (younger than 18 years), the Indemnifying Party agrees to be and has been assisted by a parent/guardian in agreeing to this agreement and such parent/guardian has consented to the Indemnifying Party participating in the opportunity. 

You hereby release, agree to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Party, its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from any and all costs, losses, expenses, damages, claims, suits, causes of action or any other liability or responsibility whatsoever, in law or in equity, including attorney’s fees and related costs, resulting from the participation in said opportunity.

Acceptance

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read and understood the meaning and effect of this agreement and that you agree to be bound by it from the date of acceptance.
