Our warranty is here to provide you with peace of mind.

The Edblo warranty offers two levels of cover:

  1. A guaranteed repair or replacement period against faulty workmanship and faulty materials.
  2. A service warranty period.

The warranty is included in your new Edblo bed’s packaging.

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the warranty period, inform the retailer from you purchased the product, with the nature of your complaint.

The retailer will require the following:

  • Product name (found on your mattress label)
  • Date and proof of purchase (have your invoice at hand)
  • Description of the complaint
