The Edblo warranty offers two levels of cover:
A guaranteed repair or replacement period against faulty workmanship and faulty materials.
A service warranty period.
The warranty is included in your new Edblo bed’s packaging.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the warranty period, inform the retailer from you purchased the product, with the nature of your complaint.
Register Your Warranty
Please contact the retailer about where your product was purchased as well as the nature of your complaint.
The retailer will require the following
1. Product name (found on your mattress label)
2. Date and proof of purchase (have your invoice at hand)
3. Description of the complaint
