At Edblo, we believe in the transformative power of sleep and the power of giving back and spreading joy wherever we can.

That’s why we launched our “Spread the Joy” campaign, inviting our followers to nominate charities close to their hearts. Among the many deserving nominations, JOCOD (The Johannesburg Council for the Disabled) was chosen.

JOCOD is a beacon of hope for adults with disabilities. Their holistic approach, providing a range of services from education to job placement, embodies the spirit of empowerment and independence. With a mission to empower and develop individuals with disabilities, JOCOD’s dedication to improving lives resonated deeply with us.

On Valentine’s Day, we had the privilege of delivering beds to JOCOD, enhancing the comfort and well-being of those they serve. It was a small gesture with a big impact, symbolising our commitment to supporting organisations that make a difference in their communities.

As we joyfully contribute to JOCOD, we also want to highlight the importance of sleep in nurturing a healthier, happier life. Beyond providing comfortable and supportive beds, we recognise the profound impact quality sleep has on overall well-being from enhancing memory and concentration to regulating mood and reducing the risk of chronic diseases, the benefits of sleep are undeniable.
